Site Assessment for Landowners

Initial discovery call of 30 minutes at $99. Client will have option to proceed with Site Assessment Proposal after discovery call completion and outputs. Combining a wholistic approach, our team will conduct a site assessment for eligible landholders in the Northern Rivers region (Bundjalung Country) and provide an expert report with recommendations tailored to individual goals, budget, and relevant local council regulations. Options for consideration will be presented based on individual needs in a written report and recommended next steps
Consulting and Project Management

Starting with initial discovery call ($150 for 1 hour) Specialist consulting services available for landholders, community organisations, research groups or charities on our WRAPP model for Future Proof Housing Solutions that embrace circular economy and environmentally sustainable outcomes while avoiding major challenges in council approvals, traditional build cost overrun, or making a choice that will expose your home to the plethora of new risks and challenges associated with supply chain, issues, climate risk, etc.
